Week 1 HFT Total Body

Hey everybody, what’s going on? I just wrapped up my first week of- OK, I think by the subject you can figure it out…
Anyway, it’s going great, and I feel awesome. Being in the gym 6 times this week lifting weights was definitely the shot to the arm I needed. I’m loving it.
I know some people think that the time commitment involved with HFT from Huge in a Hurry would be too much too handle, but it’s really not so bad. I’m fortunate to have no wife or children, so I don’t have that holding me back, but beyond that, each session lasts between 30 and 40 minutes. Between the two, it’s equal to or less than the time I spent running over the last couple of months.
Soreness abound.

Good comparison. I can’t imagine hitting the gym twice a day though. What time do you usually go?
I get there in the morning at like 7:30- so it’s not exactly peak. Normal people are on their way to work, I suppose- but I live pretty close to my office. The lack of crowds let’s me superset or circuit the three lifts.
Not to mention the concept is “lift heavy and fast…”.also the AM session is heavy and a total of 60 reps. The PM session is 90 reps.
The PM session for me varies- if I’m not in the office it’ll be before 5. If it’s after work my time varies, I’ll usually try and go at like 8 to avoid crowds. But really it’s just whenever I can get there.
